Shipping

Every piece is one-of-a-kind, packed by hand in tissue paper and a small jewelry box, and shipped via USPS from Pennsylvania.

Flat-rate shipping

$6 for any order within the United States. One rate, no guessing — the same whether you order earrings or a necklace.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. McBead is a one-person studio, so pieces are packed between craft shows, online orders, and studio time — not on a warehouse schedule. If Renie is at a craft show the weekend you order, your piece will usually go out the following Monday or Tuesday.

You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way to USPS.

Delivery time

We don't guarantee an arrival date — that's up to USPS once the package leaves our hands. In our experience, most domestic packages arrive within a few business days after they ship.

International shipping

We don't currently ship outside the United States, but if you'd like a piece shipped abroad, email [email protected] and we'll quote you directly.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email a photo to [email protected] within 14 days and we'll make it right.
