Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is one-of-a-kind and made by hand, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances. We want you to love what you receive — if you have any doubts before buying, please reach out.
What we accept
- Damaged in transit — we'll repair, replace where possible, or refund.
- Significantly different from the listing — if the piece you receive doesn't match the photos or description in a meaningful way, we'll make it right.
- Faulty workmanship — if a clasp, jump ring, or finding fails within 30 days, we'll repair it free of charge (you cover return shipping).
What we don't accept
- Change of mind on completed orders. (We're a one-person studio — please look closely at the photos before purchasing.)
- Custom commissions or made-to-order pieces.
- Pieces showing wear from use.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll respond within 2 business days.
